Thursday, July 30 – Sunday, August 2: SABR National Convention at the JW Marriott, 1331 Pennsylvania Avenue, Washington, D.C., 20004, I will be signing books at the Pocol Press table in the vendor area.
On Thursday, July 30 at 1:30, I will also be giving a 30-minute presentation at the SABR Convention entitled, “Frank Howard in 1969: Can an Old Dog Learn New Tricks to Get on Base? Greatest Improvements in Career High On-Base Percentage by Veteran Ballplayers.” You must register for the convention and become a SABR member (which I highly recommend, it is a great organization) to attend the presentation.
I hope you can come out to see me and talk Washington Senators baseball at one or more of these upcoming events.
